Highly recommend this beautiful hotel! Perfect place if you’re travelling with your pet. Our dog loved the place, big spacious yard! The owner is lovely very warm and welcoming. If we come back to Merida it’ll be the only place we stay!
What an incredible place we found. We booked the king suite and it was mindblowing. The space we had made us feel like royalty. The bed was the most comfortable in all of Mexico, and we loved the jacuzzi tub. If you're ever near Mérida, this is the place to stay. Wish we could've stayed more nights
6 Absolutely amazing place. Just a handful of rooms. Run by a Canadian couple. So friendly. So knowledgeable. It's a 400 year old building remodeled with all amenities. So beautiful. So luxurious. The stay comes with personalized breakfast. Free parking in a gated lot. Well kept grounds and pool. Cellphone reception is good, WiFi available. We did not expect anything like this for the price we payed. Highly highly recommend.
It was a very pleasant stay. There is a big pool in the garden and bathtub (whirlpool) in the room. Beds are comfy. You can go to City center with the bus without worries, better than driving in that crazy city! :)
Had a wonderful experience, very clean large room with hot water, comfortable beds and breakfast made to suit our family needs (we are vegan and the hostess was most gracious to accommodate). Our daughter and dogs had a wonderful time exploring the expansive garden. Will return!
Lovely place to stay with incredibly helpful hosts who will personalize your trip as much as feasible. The garden they're growing in the back is gorgeous and the entire stay was peaceful and beautiful. A note that it's not within Merida itself but in an adjoining village-town called San Pedro Nohpat. It takes about 20 to 30 minutes in a case to get to the Merida historical center, for reference. A small disclaimer: I do recommend reading up a bit on the history of haciendas in Mexican history, which includes forced indentured labor, so that you can decide if this type of stay is for you. While the hosts are not of Mexican herigabe and not attached to Mexican history in this specific context, it helps to learn a bit about where you're going and staying.
I was planning to stay in this place for 1 night and ended up staying 2. This place is awesome, it's clean and very quiet. It is 15 to 20 minutes from the main Merida city. The owner of this hotel is a very kind lady. I came from California for vacations, and if I comeback to Mérida I will definitely comeback to this place.
I enjoy the sights and sounds of the town of San Pedro from the hacienda veranda. The grounds are beautiful and the owners are attentive and friendly. Wholesome food, lovely rooms, quiet and charming.
